Mô tả công việc
You will initially act as “country launcher” for Vietnam, responsible for building a core business development and operations team and establishing partnerships with banks, insurers, and leading technology companies in the country. Your role will likely evolve into a general manager role with full P&L responsibility for Vietnam. You will:
● Form part of Brankas’ executive leadership team and contribute to overall company strategy
● Analyze operations data, create and test hypotheses, and identify insights that help Brankas to better serve our customers
● Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
● Lead Brankas’ partnership development activities in Vietnam
● Lead Brankas’ external and government relations activities in Vietnam
● Grow and manage a team of business development, customer support and operations staff
● Develop and manage an operating budget for Vietnam
● Form part of Brankas’ executive leadership team and contribute to overall company strategy

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● You have experience in Oracle, SAP, FIS
● You have a background in banking payment solution software
● You understand actual bank operation and open banking
● You are proficient in Vietnamese and English
● You have at least a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 5 years managerial work experience
● You are a confident and clear communicator: whether it’s a pitch presentation to a potential partner, a feedback call with a user, or a press event, you know how to craft the right message and listen actively
● You love data analysis and have a track record of successful data-driven decision-making
● You have excellent prioritization and planning sense, and you can quickly adapt your plans as circumstances change.
● You actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop; you enjoy being out of your comfort zone and diving into new environments.
● You set a high bar of excellence for yourself and expect the same of your colleagues
● You are eager to build financial technology that improves people’s lives
● You have a background in banking payment solution software
