Country Manager (Cranes)

Strategy definition
• Define Vietnam Business model and strategy together with management Team
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
• Develop understanding and ability to effectively navigate Vietnam regulatory environment
• Develop and implement go-to-market plan
• Identify potential investment opportunities in line with strategy
• Own the end-to-end country strategy including targets & budget setting, controlling, reporting, execution of plans, and channel management
• Responsible for developing and leading major strategic sales initiatives
• Implementation and communication of law & regulation compliance guidelines
• Coordination with certifying bodies - Legal representation of the company in front of authorities, customers and suppliers
• Coordination and management of tasks in line with H&S and quality guidelines, as well as applicable laws & regulations

• Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience in heavy truck related industries and waste management industry
• Strong understanding on concepts of Hydraulic machines or trucks
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Able to conduct professional presentation and have strong convincing skills
• Self motivated and committed
• Able to speak English and Vietnamese language
