Country Logistics Manager

Country Logistics Manager (CLM) is responsible for the overall Logistics management of Mesa Distribution through maximizing business performance across Customer services and Logistics operations. Be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies along with developing the organization's capacity to achieve business goals and strategic directions.
- Develop logistics strategies, plans and objectives for the Mesa Distribution, including existing brands and new brands belong to Mesa Strategies.
- Manage Logistics activities of Mesa Distribution to achieve business targets through growing the existing Logistics, identifying new opportunities to improve and enhance logistic efficiency.
- Manage staff of division by provide coaching, training and review performance quarterly and yearly.
- Be a member of Management board to contribute to the success of the Company through teamwork and participation in company projects and processes.

- Age: 35 – 42
- 10 years of experience in Logistic or Supply Chain management in FMCG
o Experienced in multinational company and private company
o Good understanding of distribution and retail.
- Strong leadership and ability to balance the strategic and execution.
- Vietnamese only and fluent in English
