Country Brand Manager - Vaccines

The incumbent will be responsible for creating, managing and executing key brand strategies and tactics for assigned brands; Transcribe portfolio strategy into operational plan with the objective to achieve target.

Key Responsibilities includes:
• Strategic planning
• Budget management
• Business monitoring
• External relations and KOL engagement

• General understanding of pharmaceutical industry, insurance trend and MNC product restriction
• Both marketing and sales experience with medical understanding of the related areas
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time frames in a complex organizational structure
• Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
• Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with and respect from colleagues and external parties at all levels in the organization
• Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning
• Strong communications skills in local language and English
• Proven track record of developing innovative strategic solutions and multichannel marketing techniques
• Corporate policy and related local regulations, presentation and computer skills
