Mô tả công việc
1. Issuing D/O and invoice
2. Work in unison with OPS, FINCON to monitor details of Container in/out & charges & surcharges collection (cleaning fee, demurrage / detention charge)
3. Deal with customer’s requirements and concerns, service recovery and special service requirements
4. Provide professional counter service to customers
5. Other assignments related to the jobs by the manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Associate degree and/or bachelor’s degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade or other related fields.
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
