1. Handle customer’s initial contact
- Visit / Phone call
2. Program explanation
- Program guide
- Registration guide
3. Handle current customers request & complaint
- Transfer relevant department
- Handle directly
- Daily Report
4. Administration/ operation tasks
- Shuttle bus check
- Overdue payment remind call
- Students attendance check
- Follow up text book & school resources
- Other tasks upon Director ‘s request

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree
- 1 year of Counselors experience is prior
- Team work
- Shift work (afternoon shift & weekend)
- Communication
- Problem solving
- Cooperation
- Capability building
- Language: Excellent English and Vietnamese (4 skills), Upper-Intermediate
- Computer: Excellent at MS-Office
Other requirements: good appearance, available for shift working, in good health condition, active, adaptable and flexible
