Counsellor - Acet Hồ Chí Minh

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reception:
o Dealing with customers through all channels: through emails, yahoo chat, facebook on telephone or face to face

2. Sale activities
o Prepare material needed. Response to student’s enquiries, provide course information to prospective students on the phone, face to face, chat online, email.

3. Re-enrolment Monitoring:
o Produce and deliver re-enrolment registration booking form to individual existing students in order to continuously increase the number of new students studying at the Centre

4.Placement Testing
o Administer Placement Tests according to ACET policy & procedures

5. Counselling activities
o Coordinate student orientation for the new term including ordering photocopied books, preparing class lists and allocating classrooms.
o Respond to student enquiries, follow up all complaints received.
o Prepare and distribute payment reminder letter to individual students and receive their registration. Call parents of students fewer than 18 to receive registration. Produce enrolment forms for student to submit to cashier. Follow the deadline of re-enrolment policy.
o Coordinate timetable with teacher’s presence.
o Other administration tasks as required for the smooth operation of these classes by counsellors

o Upper- Intermediate level English ability, computing skills
o Selling skills
o Administration skills
o 44 hours per week, working in shift, working in the morning shift or afternoon shift, working on the weekend
o Willing to work over time during busy time
o Saturday duty rosters
