Costing Support and Invoicing (Female)(Belong to Sales Dept.)

• Estimating, managing and update the costs to produce our goods (approximately 200 different products).
• Estimate cost to help determine the price of production, the selling price to consumers, and what are the profit margins that the company can expect to make on any given product.
• The analysis includes pricing raw materials from vendors necessary to creation of the product, labor, outwork processing any necessary transportation and equipment, overhead etc.
• The costs for all products are monthly updated for any change to the costs such as the raw materials, productions, labors… and reported.
• Issue shipping documents included invoice and packing list for customer
• Other relevant tasks assigned by the superior to support sales.

• Being proactive and flexible
• Being detailed, careful and hard-working
• Be able to learn to understand the technique drawings.
• Basic accounting including data analysis.
• Good communication
• Meeting deadlines
• Must be able to use English
• Being able to use office software
Education:
• Bachelor degree in business administration or related.
• Fresh graduate is acceptable


*Working place: An Phu Ward, Thuan An district, Binh Duong province ( near to the An Phu traffic-circle)

*Living in Binh Duong is preferable.

*Go to work by motocycle.
