Costing Staff (Kế Toán Giá Thành)

1. Check and record daily material, spare part, tool into the system.
2. Check other expenses to ensure that they are recorded as the right item in the system.
3. Track BOM (Bill Of Material) from the Purchasing department to match with the accounting system
4. Tracking SCM warehouse software (data entered by warehouse, production) to get weekly and monthly inventory data:
• Download files from SCM on every Sunday
• Download files from SCM on the last day of the month (or the first day of the following month)
• Upload files to SCM (receive files from other department) in case having inventory physical checking.
5. Monitoring and evaluating items in stock to promptly report to the superior management on fluctuations (errors)
6. Coordinate the departments to ensure full recording of information and costs incurred on time.
7. Checking inventory data in accounting system,
8. Collection of costs and monthly costing calculation.
9. Other jobs assigned by the manager.

- Experience: At lease 3 years working as costing division.
- Gender: male (female), male is preferred
- Degree: Graduated University of Finance, Accounting
- Foreign Language: Communicative English
