Thanks for business expansion, we are now looking for 3 Costing Leader for Footwear team
YOUR MISSION:
Mastering in product costing and eliminate wastes to produce quality products with better price.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Costing
You coordinate pricing events deadline all year long : nego preparation, nego meeting, CPM simulation, CBD Sharing...
You report price index and price gain monthly
You conduct CBD audit and ABC study
You alert not on target prices
You pilot Next Season price index
You drive in field CBD gemba walk
2. Master on analysis CPM report
3. Review selected processes during industrialization

• Method Engineering/Industrial Engineering background, with min 3 years of experience in Footwear manufacturing process , especially in costing part
• Your punctual and organized mindset. You take deadlines seriously!
• Analytical skill & easy going with numbers
• Your continuous improvement mindset
• Your English communication skills,
• Your Leadership & Project Management
• Your mobility. You can move/work in many places and many countries.
• Your ability to make a decision and take responsibility in your role.
