- Theo dõi nhập xuất tồn nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu sản xuất hàng xuất khẩu, làm quyết toán nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu sản xuất hàng xuất khẩu theo quy định hiện hành
Follow up inventory of in-out imported materials for producing exported goods, make finalization of VAT and customs according to regulation.
- Kiểm kê hàng tồn kho theo quy định của công ty mỗi cuối tháng
Check inventory as company's regulation monthly
- Tính giá thành thành phẩm và bán thành phẩm
Calculate cost price of finished goods and semi-finished goods

CÁC CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH/ CORE TASKS:
- Theo dõi và quản lý nhập xuất tồn kho hàng hóa, nguyên vật liệu, công cụ, dụng cụ.
Follow up and manage inventory of in-out goods, materials, tools, spareparts
+ Tập hợp chứng từ nhập, xuất kho đối chiếu trên phần mềm kế toán (Dynamics AX ).
Collect in-out document for collating data on Accounting software (Dynamics AX)
+ Lập bảng nhập xuất tồn cho từng kho.
Make in-out inventory list for each warehouse
- Theo dõi nhập xuất tồn nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu sản xuất hàng xuất khẩu, làm quyết toán nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu sản xuất hàng xuất khẩu theo quy định hiện hành
Follow up inventory of in-out imported materials for producing exported goods, make finalization of VAT and customs according to regulation
+ Theo dõi sát nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu để nhập, xuất kho đúng loại hình.
Follow up tighly imported materials, output with correct type of enterprise
+ Đối chiếu kiểm tra với các bên liên quan làm xuất nhập tồn theo từng loại hình nhập khẩu.
Check and collate with relevant parties to make in-out inventory for each type of import
- Kiểm kê hàng tồn kho theo quy định của công ty mỗi cuối tháng
Check inventory as company's regulation monthly
+ Kết hợp với nhân viên kho kiểm kê từng kho theo đặc thù riêng cho phù hợp.
