Mô tả công việc
• Control the accuracy and timeliness of recording Capex and Fixed assets transactions in the system.
• Monitoring and checking all status of Capex projects/Fixed assets on a regularly basis. Assist Accounting Manager to develop Capex and Fixed assets end-to-end process and recommend to managements any updates to accounting policies related to Capex & fixed assets.
• Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets on monthly basis.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets
• Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
• Support other functions to prepare the business case for Capex projects.
• Support Costing Team leader to run the costing module at month-end closing and validate cost of goods produced and COGS as part of month-end close.
• Conduct deep dive Costing analysis (e.g. BOM vs. FACT variance) based on management request
• Assist Accounting Manager based on ad-hoc request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or management accounting, experience in working for FMCG companies, SAP experience is preferred.
• Good English communication (spoken & written) and advanced Excel and Presentation skills.
• Good analytical skill & communication skill.
• Must be detailed oriented.
