Costing Accountant Staff

Department / Division : Finance and Accounting
Location : Ho Chi Minh
Reports to: Manager, Managerial Accounting, A&F

Purpose (Why the position exists, within which limits and according to which objectives?)
Contribute to management reports preparation and analysis to meet the company's demand of planning, controlling and decision-making. Assist in building and developing cost accounting system.

Area of Responsibility
(Headings, definition of roles, in order to achieve which results)
Costing job
- Fill out and follow up material master
- Review bill of materials for purpose of controlling and rectifying
- Execute costing run in SAP
- Coordinate with MKT/IT to check & confirm selling price on system

Reclassify marketing expense: weekly & monthly
- Redistribute premium goods
- Reclassify gift expense and transfer to other account"

Support to prepare Management Report:
- Internal managerial reports (PL,BS, FE, Cash flow, OIA and others)
- Preliminary analysis on FE, PPV, Pack-on cost
- MKT expenses by GL accounts to BP team"

Support reallocate marketing expense: monthly
- Check all MKT expense by chain, channel, type and find out wrong entries"

Neuron system: AR-AP reconciliation within Kao Group

Reports to Local Authorities:
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report to Diza & Statistic Dept."

Minimum requirements
- Job-related experience:
University graduate, major in Finance & Accounting
Good sense in working with number and strong Excel skill
- Specific knowledge:
- Business understanding: Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Other requirements:
Fair English skill
Diligent, Attention to detail

- In accordance with company policy
