We are looking for 2 Cost Engineer (1 Senior & 1 Junior) for our Infrastructure projects. The Cost Engineer is accountable to:
Ensure that JGC's historical data and other records necessary for estimating/cost control are maintained and improved.
Ensure that Cost Engineering provides all necessary support to JGC Sales in the period following Divisional Management Cost Approval of estimates.
Prepare reports and recommendations to the Management and Project Teams regarding cost control/forecast and essential resource requirements, and provide assistance in the operation of annual business plans and budgets.
Ensure that JGC's documented estimating and cost control systems and procedures are continuously improved whilst continuing to satisfy the requirements of quality accreditation and periodic audit.
Actively promote to Clients JGC's cost engineering capabilities and procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree, having background in Accounting is preferable
At least 02 years’ experience in cost estimation and control, preferable in industrial/construction projects
Knowledge of Information Technology, especially database management
Experience using MS Office, especially MS Access, Excel
Knowledge of international codes and Vietnamese law and regulations relating to cost
Good English communication skills
Willing to support Project Teams to get proposal done and deliver projects within the budget.
