The incumbent is reposible to ensure prompt monthly reporting and the analysis of production cost variance , participate in yearly cost center Planning and standard costing exercise and ensures data integrity and quality of the reported costing figures and assist and support the superior in all financial issues/matters. This includes to The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
1. Product Costing:
- Review and prepare new cost center planning data
- Update divisonal allcocation rate before each atual costing
- Close cooperation with central controlling for excecuting costing runs and providing comments/explanation on costing results
- Involve in perparing product cost estimation for new project and prodvide comments on product cost impact by change control
2. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit monthly production reports (KPI/PPS) to regional controlling in term of accurcy, completeness in due time
- Identify and trigger problems for unfavorable cost trend
- Update material usage variance report on daily basis, highlight the abnormal cases to section managers.
- Update purchase price variance report on monthly basis. Highlight unfavorable price movements to Plant Manager and Purchasing. Liaise with Finance/SCM on import tax refund status.
- Weekly/monthly update production output result, compare with MPS fulfillment at month-end.
- Periodically review BOM and routing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields
- 1-3 year experiences in manufacturing companies or auditing firms
- Knowledge on product cost, inventory, investment, budgeting
- Participate in professional course ACCA/CFA/CMA is an advantage
- Good command of English (both verbal and writing). TOIEC >=700 or IELTS >=6.0
- Excellent Excel skill
- Experience on SAP FI/CO/MM/PP is a plus.
- 1-3 year experiences in manufacturing companies or auditing firms
- Knowledge on product cost, inventory, investment, budgeting
