* RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely technically completing of sales orders and production orders in order to maintain accuracy of WIP & production variances accounts.
- Ensure optimum stock level is maintained for work in progress, semi-finished goods, finished goods, excess and defects (seconds)
- Post necessary entries in SAP to ensure financial accuracy of the system
- Generate necessary financial reports as per management requirement to ensure correct management decisions.
- Calculate the profitability of customers to facilitate better management of customers
- Audit finished goods and work-in-progress physical stocks to ensure system accuracy
- Audit production process to ensure correct transactions are done.

* QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Academic Requirement: Diploma in Finance and Accounting, SAP system.
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience, including exposure to a Manufacturing Environment.
- Language: Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Required Competencies: team building, communication, coordination, planning
- Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
