Mô tả công việc
Responsible for implementing and establishing a system of cost and revenue control mainly in the F&B areas of operations.
Responsible for auditing the costs of each department within the Hotel in order to ensure that the appropriate in the most effective manner.
Responsible for providing timely and accurate information for management to assess the effect of changes accessible by the economy, market and or reactions to competitions on the F&B and other operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Certificate/ Diploma or higher qualification / equivalent in Finance or related field, and two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must speak local language. Other languages preferred.
• Other:
- Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
