Cost Control Staff (8-Month Contract In Hung Yen)

*** WORK LOCATION:
• Washing Machine factory
• Plot G2, Thang Long 2 Industrial Park, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen

*** RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform cost control activities for Washing Machine Factory in Hung Yen with details as below:

• Manage factory’s expenditure, update actual cost in the plan & prepare material cost report
• Calculate standard man-power for production lines based on production quantity and standard man-hour.
• Check and control actual manpower, adjust and manage monthly headcount for factory.
• Follow and organize meetings to promote rationalization and management to improve productivity.
• Other related tasks assigned by superior.

*** REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree.
• Having 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant job, especially in cost control, man-power control in factory.
• Willing to consider temporary contract role (8-month-contract)
• Fluent in English (Writing, Reading, Listening, & Speaking)
• Being able to use Japanese is advantageous.
• Good command of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Detailed, careful, agility & be able to work under high pressure.
