Cost Control Specialist / Assistant Manager

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, margin profit and expenses) to ensure all operations are within budget
• Follow up and manage cost in budget, record and actual data, find out the difference and consult to Manager
• Gather budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget
• Prepare Statement of Balance Sheet at the end of the month
• Monitor overall plan target achievement and report total cost deviations
• Facilitate the cost improvement review and suggest areas for cost optimization
• Make monthly, quarterly and yearly internal report
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related degree with strong finance knowledge and analytical skills
• Minimum of 05 years’ experience in the field of finance and accounting or least 02 years in charge of the position of Cost Controller or Budget Management or Management Accountant.
• Good English proficiency, Japanese is a priority.
• Familiar with forecasting methods and data analysis
• Excellent numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Dynamic, able to work under pressure environment
