Cost Accountant (Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ TP.HCM)

• Plan, collect, study, and analyse data to determine costs of business activities and processes by products, work centres, etc.
• Review cost information for use in controlling expenditures and bill of materials
• Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Analyse variances on manufacturing costs including comparing standard costs to actual production costs and factors affecting prices and profitability of products
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
• Assist and where required, responsible for period end closing of accounts, including validating costs of production and costs of goods sold
• Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program, including reconciliation/disposal of inventories
• Analyse and prepare periodic reports to management
• Work with Navision consultant to enhance the cost reporting functions in Navision system.
• Supervise and train the costing team.
• Review and improve the process of costing documentation flow.

• Recognised accounting qualifications, preferably a bachelor degree equivalent
• Familiarity with job and process costing, and possess strong cost systems background
• Experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with a cross-department team such as R&D and production on development and analysis of cost standards
• Have excellent analytical and communication skills
• Prepare accurate periodic reports with analytics
• Computer Literate — Strong spreadsheet skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
(Navision) will be a plus
