- Work closely with Brand Director to identify training needs
- Responsible for Training documents, products for sales staff
- Prepare training materials and modify training guideline
- Provide field coaching and develop front line staff to ensure they meet company standards.
- Check and evaluate sale employees frequently
- Conduct post-course evaluation to measure effectiveness of the training held
- Attending press conference, customer conference
- Details at the interview
