- Work closely with Brand Director to identify training needs
- Responsible for Training documents, products for sales staff
- Prepare training materials and modify training guideline
- Provide field coaching, develop frontline staff to ensure they meet company standards.
- Check and evaluate sale employees frequently
- Conduct post-course evaluation to measure effectiveness of the trainings held
- Attending press conference, customer conference
- Offsite work are required when necessary
- Details at the interview
