Mô tả công việc
The Job holder is responsible for corporate strategy planning and coordination between Shinhan Card (SHC) and Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company (SVFC) respectively. This includes supporting Head of Department in overseeing, coordinating, consolidating, planning and budgeting, and documenting all aspects of corporate business strategy planning and coordination activities with other departments of SVFC. He/she also needs to work closely with the Head of Department and other departments across SVFC to ensure they are implemented and actively monitored to align with overall corporate strategic objectives and at the time and cost effective manner.
*** Key Roles & Responsibilities
His/her key accountabilities include:
- Working with Head of Department on action plans/working schedules related to corporate business strategy planning and coordination
- Coordinating with his/her assigned departments to identify current status, issues and specific activities related to business strategy planning and coordination in order to review and recommend specific changes to improve the performance or appropriate action plans to put in place.
- Executing business strategy planning and coordination activities in accordance to the agreed schedules and action plans and reporting periodically to the Head of Department.
- Ensuring all business info related corporate strategy planning and coordination is frequently updated and shared with other relevant departments in order to assist them in taking the appropriate actions and ensuring the process is aligned between SHC and SVFC.
- Building strong working relationships with all relevant departments
- Setting up policy, process and reporting/filing system relevant to above mentioned scopes to ensure that all corporate strategy planning and coordination information/records are appropriately documented and secured from time to time and in order.

1. Education background & experience
- Academic qualification required: Bachelor degree preferably in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or Law
- Minimum of working experience in the relevant industry: 5 years
2. Knowledge
- Good knowledge about consumer finance/banking business
3. Skills

- Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
- Document Task : Good at Power point, Word and Excel
