Summary of Responsibilities:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Corporate/SME sales channel within the assigned group of branches. He/She will be required to develop a deep business to business relationship with the bank partner, Branch Directors and our internal Sales team through a detailed understanding of the bank and its customer base.
BIDV has a strong presence in the Corporate/SME segment and services over 191,000 relationships spread across the country. This position would be responsible for leveraging the relationships and building a Corporate Sales pipeline for Life Insurance in the assigned group of branches. The position would need to work directly with the Bank Relationship owners with the large and medium corporates. The responsibility would include sales calls, presentations, follow ups, preparation and filing of sales proposals and onboarding of the customers.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective Corporates / SMEs
- Be accountable for the identification and relationship building with a prospect list of Corporates and SMEs within the assigned BIDV branches.
- Leverage existing relationship of Sales and build a customized Life Insurance solution based on our existing suite.
- Proactively manage the leads, appointments, presentations and formalization of proposals.
- Carry out regular formal and informal coaching and training of the Sales team partnering with the Corporate Sales team.
- Keep informed on regulatory changes that could impact sales pitch, sales process and training requirements.
2. Develop and manage the bank partner relationships
- Proactively build a plan and seek support to develop the business and achieve business targets.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the bank and maintain close relationships with key bank personnel in such a way that opportunities and issues can be identified and appropriate strategies developed.
3. Drive sales and sales operations
- Ensure that recruitment activities are completed in order to maintain sufficient sales force within the assigned branches.
- Meet the assigned targets.
- Ensure that the lead register is tracked, proactively actioned and updated and at any point in time there is an active lead base of 5 to 10 times of the target assigned.
- Ensure that any issues facing the growth of the business are solved in partnership with other departments and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture that drives performance and customer service orientation to maximize business growth.
4. Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements and BIDV MetLife’s direction.

• Extensive travel and partnership, collaboration across functions.
• It is an individual contributor role with support and matrix accountability provided from various functions like Sales, Training, and Operations etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 5 years of account management or sales management experience, of which at least 3 years are within the insurance or other financial services industries.
• High ability to interact, present and build relationships with senior leadership in the Bank and Corporate Customer segment.
• Shown strong ability to inspire and influence distribution sales teams.
• Demonstrable commitment in delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills - able to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the sales team to deliver business performance.
• University Degree.
• High ability to interact, present and build relationships with senior leadership in the Bank and Corporate Customer segment.
• Shown strong ability to inspire and influence distribution sales teams.
• Demonstrable commitment in delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
