Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Planning & Activities
- Establish daily/ weekly/ monthly for individual sales plan
- Co-operate with Line Manager (CSM)/Centre Managers to visit clients.
- Telesales to approach clients in both Schools & Companies field.
2. Sales Management
- Monitor and evaluate individual sales target & plan to make sure follow individual KPIs.
- Co-operate with Centre Managers to approach clients located close to their training center.
- Monitoring results and making revisions as needed to achieve/exceed the targets/ plans.
3. Training
- Support CSM on training new team member (products, sales procedure)
4. Marketing
- Catch up training trends in the market (customer demands and needs, competitors..)
- Support CSM to work closely with Marketing HO in any Corporate Sales Campaigns.
5. Academic
- Co-operate with Academic to develop Corporate Product Improvement to catch up training needs of the Client & training trends in the market.
- Following up closely with Corporate Academic Manager for the Course Outline, Course Schedule, End of course report , Teacher’s comments of each contract.
6. Payment Following UP
- Following up closely on contract payment to make sure the client make any installment in time.
- Co-operate with Account HO to agree on the payment method in Corporate Contracts.
- Monitor monthly payment to decrease the outstanding.
- Work closely with training centers and Account HO to clear outstanding on any installment is made by the client.
7. Customer Care
- Work closely with ELT – training centers to follow up on CSS of each contract.
- Handing requests and complaints
- Maintain and improve relationships with clients
- Following up Client’s birthday and special occasion
8. Administration:
- Create EOC template per client’s request (if any) and make sure that template is approved by CSM & Academic Manager.
- Create Proposals/ Contracts and Presentation files according to the clients’ training request
- Co-ordinate with training centers to gather Monthly Revenue reports
- Support CSM in other daily sales tasks as request

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Bachelor degree, preferably with strong sales background. Sales Education or Sales Corporate background is a plus.
+ Good negotiation and communication skills
+ Sales skill
+ Excellent customer service skill
+ Highly computer literate (sales based tracking programmes)
+ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
