Mô tả công việc
- Allocate Corp Loan KPI Target for branches/ TOs in line with Bank’s yearly strategic plan and monthly keep track of branches’ performance.
- Prepare periodical report of key products and services for corporate customer; report directly to line manager.
- Research, compare, and adjust products and services’ features in order to raise competitiveness of the bank. Organize marketing campaigns/ events to reach potential corporate customers and boost sales volume.
- Daily support branches/ TOs in issues related to corporate products’ policy/ guideline/ system operation.
- Support other team members in daily tasks and other administrative tasks.
- Market Survey and Industry Reports
+ surveying issues on Finance and Banking Market
+ Surveying and reporting deposit products and services of other Banks
+ Surveying and making Industry Reports
- Deposit Products
+ Developing new products
+ Policy and Manual Management
+ Updating Circulars/ Decisions from SBV
