Corporate Planning Analyst

'1. Collect, understand and interpret data relating to Daikin Vietnam operations, financial, structure and working relationship under guidance of Senior Staff and Manager; Capture working dynamics and processes; understands jobs and operations of internal divisions
2. Participate as a key working member on cross-divisional projects such as ERP system development & e-commerce and other management systems. Coordinate with related divisions and follow-up project deadlines. Develop proposal for changes concerning areas being reviewed under guidance from senior staff / manager.
3. Assist in coordinating and communicating project timeline and key deliveries to related divisions / departments via presentation and reports.
4. Frequently update analyses relating to total company objectives and progresses
5. Support the monitoring and analyses of company's financial and non-financial targets on a frequent and ad-hoc basis
6. Continually review and improve current work procedures and reports.

'This position reports to Planning Senior Manager.
This position is part of the corporate planning team that is responsible for driving overall company development through inter-company initiatives. This position provides detailed analysis and an understanding into inter-division and cross-department activities to support improvement of current company. You will benefit from having an overview of total company operations and the inter-relationships and initiatives that drive business growth derived from an understanding of working structure and fact-driven analysis.
Requirements
1. Job holder is required to have excellent problem solving, communications and self-presentation skills.
2. A good understanding of business administration and corporate finance knowledge is preferred either through official undergraduate study or previous working experience.
3. Proficiency with Power Point and Excel is a must. Comfortable to work with multi-level analysis and presentations.
4. A team player and self-motivated individual at the same time
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English
