Corporate Finance Analyst

Objectives:

The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting capital raising, deep financial analysis, investor relations and special projects (including M&A) for the Company. You will be responsible to build detailed financial models, conduct market and business analysis, prepare marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with the CFO, the entire finance team, legal team and business heads and you will also have work regularly with our global investors.

Responsibility:
• Develop detailed financial models and projections for the business
• Conduct business, competitor and market analysis
• Prepare presentations and notes for investor updates, presentations for Board of Directors and some marketing materials
• Support the CFO on all capital (equity) raising for the business and special projects (new business expansion or M&A)
• Project management: work closely with all lines of the business including relevant business units, finance and accounting.
• Support additional requests from investors on business updates or legal requests

• Graduated from university specialized in finance / banking / economics / accounting / securities or related majors.
• 2 years in Big 4 company in audit or corporate finance
• 2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity or capital markets OR working in as an inhouse corporate finance analyst in a corporation
• Excellent English communication skills both writing and oral;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and comfortable with financial concepts;
Outstanding excel and modeling skills, good powerpoint skills
• Be able to work in a fast changing environment
