THE OPPORTUNITY

VinUniversity Project is seeking an entrepreneurial, collaboration-focused, and attention-to-details minded professional to join our team as Corporate Engagement Officer, who will support the Director of Corporate Engagement in the design and delivery of Corporate Engagement function and other partnership programs.
The Officer will play a key role in helping External Engagement Department in the establishment of the Corporate Engagement office, including setting frameworks, processes, standards, systems, tools and other artifacts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the Corporate Engagement Director to develop and prepare VinUniversity Project’s annual communication plan to corporates and other relevant stakeholders
• Drafts engaging messaging for corporates and other relevant stakeholders
• Coordinates key engagement materials and training resources for use by engagement team colleagues
• Supports the Corporate Engagement team’s work with other departments, to ensure that processes are in-line with the engagement materials and communications
• Supports the Corporate Engagement Director in engaging other Vingroup’s business units and major companies
• Maintains Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure the integrity of the data
• Be responsible for ad-hoc projects as required by line-manager such as analysis of key data points within corporate responses to inform campaign outreach

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/communications or other relevant fields of studies in Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences (Master's degree or higher is preferred)
• Demonstrated understanding of higher education and diverse student populations' needs.
• Proven experience in project management and event organization.
• Familiarity and experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems and Excel
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, working in higher education/NGOs and/or commercial organizations (Desirable)
• Experience of working in a global organization (Desirable)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Knowledge and experience in the above or related areas of responsibility
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to details
• An outstanding customer service orientation

Cornell is involved in every aspect of the development of VinUniversity from infrastructure and campus planning to curriculum development and faculty hiring. Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business is providing extensive academic advisement in a variety of areas, drawing from a wealth of faculty expertise at multiple colleges and units at Cornell University. Penn’s medical and nursing schools are functioning in a similar fashion to guide the formation of health science education at VinUniversity and to interface with Vinmec, Vingroup’s outstanding health system which currently encompasses 7 hospitals throughout Vietnam. VinUniversity aims to meet the QS 5-star rating standards and will include the following schools within the University: a School of Business, Hospitality, and Real Estate; a School of Engineering and Technology; a School of General Education; a forthcoming School of Health Services and Public Health; a School of Nursing; and a School of Medicine.
