_Collaborating with departments/branches to ensure Corporate Culture and Customer Satisfaction of Shinhan Bank
_Establishing scope, processing and analyzing qualitative feedback to establish key cultural trends, pursuant action planning, summarizing and implementing.
_Perform other duties as assigned
