Internal communications
* Write-up all communications materials (announcement, invitation letter, press release, speech, presentation, articles for internal communications channel, etc.);
* Support in organizing internal events: town hall meetings, internal visits, etc.;
* Website and intranet maintenance and update information;
* Other tasks under requests from Head of department
External communications:
* Execute corporate communications activities for company in Vietnam;
* Media relation: monitoring of media, managing PR agency, press release write-up, organize press conference;
* Social media: manage company social media channel, community management;
* Execute brand communication strategy together with creative agency;
* Coordinate with Business Units to gather information and leverage through internal and external communications channels;
* Coordinate with ASEAN communicators to develop content for ASEAN newsletter.
* Other tasks under requests from Head of department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications
* University degree in Press/ Journalist; Marketing, PR, Business Administration.
* 3 year experience in corporate communication or publication;
* Experience in media relation and marketing communication;
* Project management experience;
* Language mandatory: Vietnamese, English;
* Excellent oral and written communications skills;
* Communicative personality, networker;
* Good social competence;
* Well organized, self-confident, independent, proactive;
* High degree of self-initiative;
* Ability to multi-task, well- performing under pressure;
* Ability to adjust into big corporation.
