Corporate Affairs Executive

1. Executing corporate communication plan as assigned by CCM including internal communication, external communicatin, crisis management and media relations
- Monitor the communication agencies' plan execution to ensure the best outcome returned on SPVB's intestment
- Liase between SPVB & communication agencies, provide neccessary information to ensure on time publication of SPVB communication work
- Work with designers to develop internal designs for internal use including posters, standees, infographics, screen saver, email sharing when requested by CCM
- Develop draft of occasional communication works including speeches, PR articles, Holding Statements, etc. as requested by CCM
- Update SPVB news for Suntory/PepsiCo when requested by CCM
- Ensure the smooth function of the integrated intranet system in coordination with IT and other related functions
- Interact with media personels when requested by CCM
- Arrange logistic for communication team's events or other events when requested by CCM
- Translate materials (Eng - Vie) when requested by CCM
- Get alignments for communication works when requested by CCM
- Participate in crisis management and executed assigned tasks as requested by CCM
- Take charge of all administration tasks

2. Consulting CCM in strategic communication planning to build SPVB corporate brand
- Actively contribute to the process of corporate communication strategy development periodically and contribute expertise knowledge helping to shape the strategy of the whole year plan or campaign by campaign when requested by CCM
- Contribute to the process of shaping the crisis management strategies when requested by CCM

3. Developing creative communication contents in line with the communication strategies
- Brainstorm & implement new concepts/ideas/innovation for all SPVB's communication materials in the direction of being more audience-oriented and engaging

- Bachelor degree in Communication/PR/Marketing/Advertisement
- At least 2 years of experience in communication/marketing/PR fields/advertisements
- Good listener
- Accurate speaker
- Fast reader
- Well-structured writer
- Excellent in both English and Vietnamese
- Good command in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Be able to work well both independently and in a team
- Work well under pressure
