Mô tả công việc
I/ Budget Management & CA - GR/PR report
• Track, monitor and follow-up CA - GR/PR budget (AOP/T&E/FGs).
• Report consolidation for CA - GR/PR agenda.
II/ GR/PR agenda and support CSR/COMM
• Deliver the relationship plan to develop an enhanced approach to government/ NGOs/Social organization stakeholders for effective GR/PR projects to strengthen the company’s reputation, focusing on but no limited to:
* Government agencies: OOG, MoNRE, MOFA, MoET, MoPS, MoIC,
* NGO/Associations/Trade Org.: VCCI - excluding VBCSD, VBA, VSSA,
* Local provinces: Bac Ninh, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Dong Nai...
• Handling all administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of CA - GR/PR agenda
• Support CSR and Communication activities as required by CAM (All the tasks to be aligned by CAM - GR/PR)
• Ad hoc assignments by CAM - GR/PR
• Track, monitor and follow-up CA - GR/PR budget (AOP/T&E/FGs).

II/ GR/PR agenda and support CSR/COMM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication/PR/Marketing/Advertisement
• At least 2 years of experience in communication/marketing/PR fields/advertisements
• Good listener
• Accurate speaker
• Fast reader
• Well-structured writer
• Excellent in both English and Vietnamese
• Good command in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Be able to work well both independently and in a team
• Work well under pressure
