Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all aspects of corporate actions processing. This includes the daily oversight associated with researching, soliciting and instructions on both Voluntory and Mandatory Corporate Actions events;
- Understand how the risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions;
- Perform prompt & accurate reporting of WBVN and on clients’ behalf to local regulators;
- Act as back-up to settlement team when necessary;
- Other duties as required by Head of Securities Services and senior managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree;
- Experience in Corporate Actions;
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices in Vietnam’s stock market, including Mandatory/Voluntary Corporate Action Information/Data Cleaning/Reporting;
- Fluent in English;
- Responsible, able to work independently, in teams and under pressure.

- CV should be presented in English with photo.
