Hello! My name is Maksym Sakharov, I’m a co-founder of Whitemark Premium Real Estate Agency.

We sell apartments, penthouses, premium and business class mansions in Ho Chi Minh City and abroad. 


The company is planning to launch urban, suburban, commercial and foreign real estate departments. For each of them, we will create a separate site with a high search engine ranking and a dense flow of customers. 


We need a copywriter to create textual content for our sites, object presentations, articles and texts for targeting advertising companies. Our content manager will provide you keywords for writing articles. 
Your task is to write a text that will make its reader feel that this is the property they were looking for. 


The results of your work:


Published attention-grabbing texts that make the reader want to contact our company and learn more about a property.

Responsibilities:
- Writing texts for object presentations, articles, descriptions of real estate projects, social media posts, etc.
- Writing unique content in Vietnamese for sites and landing pages on real estate according to the requirements of the project manager.
- Writing creative advertising texts in Vietnamese for Google Adwords and Facebook Ads, structuring and editing according to the requirements from the project manager.

You speak English fluently and will be able to communicate with the project manager.
You can correspond in technical English with the project manager.
You have experience in SEO based on the given requirements.
You know how to write powerful advertising headlines and related short texts.
Experience in the real estate segment will be an advantage.

Terms:
Piece-rate payment per 1800 characters with spaces.
Expected salary: $400, up to $1,000 per month;
Presentable office on the 72nd floor of Landmark 81 with a dizzying view of Ho Chi Minh City.
Remote work. Once a week, at an agreed time, you will need to come to our office to coordinate and plan your work.
Optional official employment.
