Mô tả công việc
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and Intertek's Labs;
- Understand buyer testing manual;
- Follow up testing order, sending testing report to client timely and accuracy;
- Receiving and solving client queries related to test report;
- Deal with complaints regarding to the customer feedback.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in major in Chemical/Garment/Textile/Footwear or related field;
- Must have experience as Customer Service;
- Fluent in writing and speaking English;
- Have working experience in Garment/Textile/Footwear company is referable;
- Good problem solving ability & fast learning;
- Be able to complete job accurately & timely;
- Careful, hardworking, team work spirit and willing to work overtime;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Prefer local female candidates.
