THE ROLE
The Stakeholder Relationships Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current key stakeholders, identifying potential strategic partners to ensure strategic growth, and the implementation of engagement activities/ sales event to identify prospective students within this assigned area.
The key performance outputs of this role will focus on the successful implementation of engagement events, positive feedback from stakeholder and the number of potential inquiries and enrolment in English and Higher Education, annually.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder engagement activities
Identify and build strong relationship with key external stakeholders (high schools, universities and colleges, domestic partner institutions and government educational entities). Ensure all engagement plans with those partners are implemented effectively.
Implement seasonal engagement activities with external partners in assigned area to enhance partnerships with stakeholders
Build stakeholder capacity and knowledge regarding interest and expectations to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication. Identify existing barriers to effective stakeholder engagement and develop communication and engagement initiatives to enable increased stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and offer training/ engagement activities which suit the development needs of influencers (school counsellor, career orientation teacher, high school leaders) and their institutions
Conduct training session about RMIT Programs, admission information to partner institution/ high schools/ prospective students whenever it is required
Promotion activities
Develop an action plans, resulting from engagement initiatives, that enhance stakeholder relations and create opportunities to interact with high school students to generate sales pipelines.
Coordinate and monitor the activities and events relating to key stakeholders, with particular reference to high schools to ensure they meet expectations. Report the effectiveness of those activities on a timely basis.
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to organise recruitment events, to collect leads and identify prospective students.
CRM database
Accurately enter data into the CRM to ensure all information of stakeholders is present and updated.
Track the progress of all prospective leads and report the progress to line manager.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years working in an education, marketing or service-based industry
Demonstrated high level communication skills, written and spoken (English and Vietnamese)
Well-developed and demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, including flexible negotiation, liaison, and cross cultural communication specifically related to excellent customer service and sales functions
Demonstrated great presentation skills in front of large number of audience
Experience in data input and maintenance of CRM type records with attention to detail and accuracy when managing and communicating information and when entering data
Demonstrated experience in providing activity reports
Demonstrated a quick response in implementing new process/ procedure
Well-developed planning, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to supervise, coordinate and/or implement tasks in a timely fashion
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Demonstrated awareness of current issues and best practice in relation to customer service

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS
If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Intermediate level (BULATS score 65), equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.0. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
