Engage trade with customers; establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
Arrange inspection schedule; brief client’s requirements to inspectors.
Monitor inspection plan and progress.
Deal with complaints regarding the Customer feedback.
Review order received; update client’s requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in major in Garment or related field;
- Must have experience as Customer Service;
- Good at writing and speaking English;
- Have working experience in Garment/Textile company is referable;
- Have problem solving ability & fast learning;
- Be able to complete job accurately & timely;
- Careful, hardworking, team work spirit and willing to work overtime;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Prefer local female candidates.
