The successful candidate is expected to assist operation of this JICA volunteer program in close coordination and cooperation with JICA Volunteer Coordinators (Japanese) by:
(1) Making necessary arrangements for dispatching JICA Volunteers
(2) Making necessary arrangements for business trips
(3) Performing procurement and accounting works related to JICA volunteer operation
(4) Performing translating works related JICA volunteer activities
(5) Performing business trip for coordinating volunteer activities
(6) Investigation of safety measures for JICA Volunteers
(1) Making necessary arrangements for dispatching JICA Volunteers

(3) Performing procurement and accounting works related to JICA volunteer operation
(4) Performing translating works related JICA volunteer activities
(5) Performing business trip for coordinating volunteer activities
(6) Investigation of safety measures for JICA Volunteers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
(1) Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
(2) More than 5 years full-time working experience at Japanese company/organization Is prefered.
(3) Strong written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese, Japanese and English. Regarding Japanese language, more than second degree (“N2”) of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (“Nihongo Kentei”) is necessary condition. First degree (“N1”) is prefered.
(4) Experience with computers, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
(5) Prompt as well as careful working manner

The candidates for the positions above are required to submit detailed curriculum vitae written in English or Japanese. In addition to the curriculum vitae and the attachment the application must include copies of certificates/degrees and contact telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.
