Your Tasks

Plant Controlling

- Preparation and analysis of monthly Plant Cost Report and Segment Cost Report
- Preparation of deviation analysis for material cost and process cost: Budget vs. Actual / FC
- Calculation of key figures and accurate inventory valuations
- PPA and Investment Controlling

Management Reporting and Controlling

- Support in monitoring key performance Indicators related to the company and production performance

- Work with management to implement measures to reach the targeted KPI
- Prepare group management reports
- Providing scenario analysis to support management decision making process
- Support in preparation of Budget and Forecast
- Compare actual costs to Budget and analyze variances

Budget / Forecast

- Support in Budget planning process
- Support in preparation for Gateways and reconciliation of targets
- Support in Forecast 1 / 2 / 3 updates

- - Bachelor degree or above. Major in Economics, Finance or Engineering
- 3-5 years working experience in cost controlling, cost accounting or production engineering with a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of production process and costing
- Strong analytical skills, passion for analytics, attention to details
- MS Excel advanced, MS Office general
- Good command in English and computer skills
- Good communication skills, good team player
- Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure
- SAP experience is a plus
- CPA is a plusb
