Controlling - B's Mart Convenience Store District 2

- Review and analyze the company business performance, revenues, expenses, working capital, cash flow and other key financial indicators vs. budget and historical data, and provide advice to management on the potential current and future impact on the business operation
- Monitor and alert on overall income and spending OPEX & CAPEX for profit maximization and cost / cash optimization
- Coordinate with business, and all departments of the company to prepare budget and forecast
Prepare and simulate financial estimates and forecast including deviation analysis according to guidelines and instructions, analysis and review of actual investments.
- Prepare, lead and coordinate budget and long term plan exercises for stores and the company (income, Opex, Capex, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and effectively work with the key stakeholders in developing guidelines and managing the achievement of the approved budget
- Prepare performance review presentation to present monthly performance to management
- Responsible for the preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for the business owners and the company and provide analysis and action plans, where required
- Prepare, review and analyze selected financial KPI
- Check and monitor month end closing figures with Accounting for stores and company (correctness of costs, accruals, provisions, etc…)

- University degree or up at Accounting/Finance or related subjects;
- More than 3-5 years accounting management work experience or up in industry;
- Advanced controlling knowledge
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Very good Excel skills
- Good database skills and / or MS ACCESS / SAP Knowledge advantageous
- Good communication skills, also in English
- Strong target and customer orientation
- Endurance
