Controlling & Reporting Manager

Position : Controlling & Reporting Manager
Effective Date : As soon as on board
Direct Manager : Controller

Key responsibilities
1. Reporting
• Understanding financial accounting transactions as well accounting standards/ treatments
• Responsible for all Group accounting reports in line with Nutreco Group’s guidance
• Business Management Reports on monthly basic (BRM)
• Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring reports
• Financial strategic planning reports
• Business analysis: standard & ad hoc reports upon requests
• Coordinate to complete consolidation for Skretting South Asia (including Vietnam, Indonesia, India and new entities, if any)
• Provide adequate supports to Entities under Skretting South Asia for timely reporting in good quality
2. Controlling
• Maintaining and implementing adequate internal control system as per Nutreco standards and guidelines, including financial control frameworks and related matters)
• Handle internal audit & improvement actions
• Inter- department liaison to enhance collaboration, internal control and supports of Finance and Accounting to other functions in the company.
• Credit controlling:
-Prepare/ amend credit policy and procedure to facilitate credit control.
-Monitoring implementation of the policy and procedure to ensure sufficient control
-Credit analysis
• Provide controlling supports to other OPCO in South Asia (if any)
3. Pricing management (for Vietnam)
• Ensure selling price maintained accurately in system
• Provide profitability and necessary analysis for pricing adjustments
• Implement Harmonize price setting in system as guided by the Group.
4. Projects
• Accounting or controlling related projects to have Accounting & controlling well-facilitated needs of business development.
• Active project member as Accounting/Controlling representative for multi functions involved projects at either local or global level.
• Supports on controlling related projects for new entity established in South Asia

• Recognized qualifications in Finance/Accounting, with at least a Bachelor of Art or equivalent
• Minimum 6 year experience with at least 3 years at a senior position in a MNC/international company with strong technical controlling and reporting skills. Experience in similar industry to aqua/ animal feed or nutrition will be a plus.
• Technology savvy with experience in ERP System. M3 shall be an advance.
• Well planned and followed up, hands-on, and committed strong ownership on tasks
• Good team players in projects within Accounting or multi functions involved projects.
• Smart and accurate communication skills in Vietnamese and English to liaise and coordinate to have tasks completed.
• Professional leadership skills is required for team management and project rolling out
• Possesses high integrity and energy with the ability to move well in growing business
