Control Room Operator

*Reporting to: Control Room Team Leader
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- To co-ordinate and manage operations resources for swift response to arising incidents, assistance request and/or crisis situation.
- To attend to call-in queries/security assistance from both internal and external guest and to dispatch security resources to respond accordingly.
- To ensure compliance to all Security regulation in terms of access control for Operations of Security Control Room.
- To proactively monitor and review factory-wide CCTV.
- To put up of incident and tasking report.
- To monitor various security electronic system.
- To react to access alarm for trespassing detection onto facility
- Timely dissemination of information to relevant department/s.
- To liaise with various Departments to ensure resolution of any situation.
- To ensure prompt activation of Local Police and/or ambulance service in accordance to established processes and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as assigned/directed by Control Room Team Leader

- 1 year of Security / law enforcement / service related industry experience. Past working experience in Manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Able to perform shift duties.
- A Team player and able to work under stress.
- Basic skills in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.
