Control Assurance Manager is focusing on assuring operational and financial controls are done effectively in Vietnam Cluster.
1. Conduct reviews to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of operational and financial controls & follow up to ensure that any actions required are completed on a timely basis
2. Conduct training on the Finance Policies & Procedures
3. Review processes to identify ways of streamlining for efficiency
4. Prepare periodic reports to management and carry out ad hoc projects assigned
5. Other task as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
• Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university with strong academic credentials
• Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CIA or similar
• Good competency in English
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and working as auditor in international company
Competencies:
• Experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to travel extensively
