Contracts Manager

A. Draft a variety of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, sales, licensing agreements, distribution, commercial, and public agreements.
B. Serve as point-of-contact between two parties in contractual matters.
C. Provide redlined recommendations on contracts.
D. Negotiate on behalf of clients.
E. Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information.
F. Provide guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives.
G. Monitor contract compliance with established procedures.
H. Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties.
I. Work with other teams, such as finance or legal, on contract insurance requirements.
J. Prepare claim and/or counter claim document such as Extension of Time, subcontract back-charge, Variation Order, etc.

A. Must be an Engineer or a Legal Expert with minimum 15 years of experience with Contracts Management for construction companies
B. Must be highly knowledgeable of FIDIC rules and other international, domestic contract rules
C. With good leadership skills
D. With keen attention to details
E. Good communication skills
F. Graduated Law School would be advantageous
