Contracting Executive (Travel Industry)

- Responsible of dealing all company’s contracts at the best possible conditions.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of signed contracts and records/ files properly
- Following up counter-signed contract in a timely basis & records/ files properly
- Handle sales requests for quotation or related information for all kind of service
- Analyze & update promotion, flash sale, amendment or any news from suppliers
- Co-ordinate with other departments ( Production, Marketing, Operation/Reservation/Quality, Account,…) to ensure the most effective results in specialize duties of Contracting department.
- Set up internal meetings, supplier meetings, site inspections & related reports.
- Provide support to all unites in the company for contracting related queries.
- Perform other duties assigned by Contracting Manager & the Management Board

- Fluent in English language
- Have a solid understanding of contracting processes, policy and systems
- Have a solid knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and priorities work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Having experience in a similar position is preferred
- Having experience in destination management companies is preferred
- Having experience in OTA is huge advantage.
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
