Position purpose & scope of role
To contact with hotels/ suppliers in designed destination, negotiate and obtain the most competitive rates and services. Building relationships with key hotels and suppliers to maximize results and benefits.
Key performance indicators
• Responsible of dealing all company’s contracts at the best possible conditions.
• Contract and place business across your designed countries.
• Annually re-negotiate existing hotel/services agreements and negotiate new agreements.
• Maintain our database updated and completed on Tour Plan.
• Update module packages/ pricing on database and check availability of service accordingly.
• Long-term account management (relationship building) with all supplier.
• Provide support to all unites in the company for products related queries.
• Monitor contracts/rates expiration and report to the Management where appropriate.

Qualification and experience
• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred.
• Preferable Junior Staffs specializing in Administrative/Product/ Operation/Sales Support/Contracting Support or equivalent
• Fresh graduates with relevant part-time working experience are also welcomed
• Excellent in English communications, both in speaking and writing (editing skills).
• Working knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook.
Skill requirements and attributes
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Eyes for details, accuracy and creative thinker.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be proficient in using technology and working with software application.
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others.
• Long term position.
