Mô tả công việc
1) Draft variety of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, sales, licensing agreements, distribution, commercial, and public agreements
2) All contract management activities from contract award up to the final acceptance of the work and final account; and
3) Identify any potential risks of the project that may impact the project or profitability of the company including to assess threats and put plans in place to avoid, reduce or transfer risks as appropriate.
4) Prepare Contract Summary and ensure it is widely communicated and regularly updated.
5) Define and implement a Project Contract & Risk Management Plans
6) Serve as point-of-contact between two parties in contractual matters
7) Provide redlined recommendations on contracts
8) Negotiate on behalf of Company
9) Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information
10) Provide guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives
11) Monitor contract compliance with established procedures
12) Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties
13) Work with other teams, such as finance, legal, execution or procurement.
14) Assist in tendering projects.
15) Review the contracts and costing of projects by the Business Units with all consultants, subcontractors and related sub-contractors.
16) Evaluating and monitoring of work progresses, negotiating for contractual variance claims.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum University Graduate in Business Commercial / Building Science or Project/Construction Management or similar including Contract Law higher level qualification or equivalent (curriculum must cover construction law and building risks, contracts management)
• Experience in Interior Work is advantage
• At least 8 years experience in Risk & Contract Administration and related works with consultant or big contract firm.
• Knowledge of FIDIC preferred.
• English – Good Spoken and Written
• Ability to maintain and secure confidential information
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Submit CV with photo
• Experience in Interior Work is advantage
