Mô tả công việc
- Prepare documents for submitting service contract
- Drafting contract form
- Revise the contract according to the idea assigned
- Translate documents, service contract (English-Vietnamese, Vietnamese- English, Chinese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese- Chinese)
- Prepare payment request letter for the owner
- Connect with finance department to explain for payment request and support any needs related.
- Submit document for signature statistical list of records
- Connect with the owner to receive documents related to the work of Division.
- Scan and save service contract, payment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in translate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good working attitude and must be flexible and adaptable in any given situation.
- Experience in construction environment is preferable.
* Language:
- English & Chinese communication skills (both oral & written).
* Other items:
Extensive knowledge on Microsoft office…
