Continuous Improvement Manager

Job description
The Continuous Improvement Manager carries out two main types of missions:
- Carry out complex projects (complex optimization of a site within its perimeter or whose scope exceeds the scale of a site) in respect of deadlines, costs and resources.
- Animate the continuous improvement process (Kuehne + Nagel Production System) within the country.
He / she actively participates in the country's continuous improvement strategy, with a view to increasing customer satisfaction and economic profitability.
With an objective on the achievement of the commitments made on its perimeter, he / she is the guarantor of the management and reporting carried out by the project managers, who are attached to it functionally.

** Your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead complex optimization projects (Site projects, Customer projects / progress plan)
- Lead optimization projects whose functional and geographical scope exceeds that of a site
- Support the maintenance and the elevation of the Kuehne + Nagel Excellence maturity level of the sites of the country
- Ensure the monitoring and sharing of best practices - deploy them on its perimeter
- Participate jointly in the economy plan decided by his management on the sites of his region
- Be the guarantor of the control and the follow-up of the savings realized on the warehouses
- Be the mentor of the team of continuous improvement of its perimeter

** Your skills and experiences
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Engineering or in any related fields from a recognized university
- Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt
- 5 years of professional experience in Logistics / Project Management / Continuous Improvement
- Expert in the field of continuous improvement and more specifically the DMAIC project cycle and the Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Very good knowledge of the logistics sector
- Strong affinity with IT tools (Office pack, WMS, ...)
- Transverse or large-scale project management, autonomously and in teams
- In the context of change management, know how to converge managers towards common and shared objectives
- Accompaniment of Warehouse Logistics Managers
- Functional Management of Project Managers
- Financial management
- Curious, creative and factual
- Good communicator towards all hierarchical levels and external interlocutors
- Influence without hierarchical authority
- In the context of change management, know how to converge managers towards common and shared objectives
- Good command of Vietnamese and English
- Willing to work overtime to meet customers’ request
